本規約は、Findora（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただくことで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

1. サービス内容

本アプリは、写真や検索による商品の認識、複数 EC サイトの価格比較、AI による提案などを提供します。価格・在庫・配送などの情報は各 EC サイト等に由来し、リアルタイム性・正確性を保証しません。購入の最終判断はユーザーご自身の責任で行ってください。

2. Premium（サブスクリプション）

• 料金：¥380／月（自動更新）。無料プランでは 1 日あたりの AI 検索／スキャン回数に上限があります。
• 支払いは Apple ID に課金されます。更新は期間終了の 24 時間前までに解約しない限り自動で行われます。
• 解約・管理は端末の「設定 > Apple ID > サブスクリプション」から行えます。
• 購入の復元はアプリ内の「購入を復元」から行えます。

3. アフィリエイト

本アプリの一部の販売リンクにはアフィリエイトプログラムが含まれる場合があります。表示価格に影響はありません。

4. 禁止事項

• 法令または公序良俗に反する利用
• 本アプリの複製・改変・リバースエンジニアリング
• サーバーや第三者サービスへの過度な負荷をかける行為

5. 知的財産

本アプリおよび関連コンテンツの著作権その他の権利は、提供者または正当な権利者に帰属します。各社の商標・ロゴは各権利者に帰属します。

6. 免責

本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。価格誤差・在庫切れ・外部サービスの停止等に起因する損害について、適用法が認める範囲で責任を負いません。

7. 変更・終了

提供者は、本アプリの内容を予告なく変更・中断・終了することがあります。

These terms govern your use of Findora (the “App”). By using the App you agree to these terms.

1. The service

The App provides product recognition by photo or search, price comparison across marketplaces, and AI suggestions. Price, stock, and shipping information originate from third-party marketplaces and are not guaranteed to be real-time or accurate. Final purchase decisions are your own responsibility.

2. Premium (subscription)

• Price: ¥380/month, auto-renewing. The free plan limits daily AI searches/scans.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
• Manage or cancel via Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device.
• Restore purchases via “Restore purchases” in the App.

3. Affiliate links

Some shopping links may participate in affiliate programs. This does not affect the prices shown.

4. Prohibited conduct

• Use that violates law or public order.
• Copying, modifying, or reverse-engineering the App.
• Placing excessive load on our servers or third-party services.

5. Intellectual property

All rights in the App and its content belong to the provider or the respective rights holders. Third-party trademarks and logos belong to their owners.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from price discrepancies, out-of-stock items, or interruptions of external services.

7. Changes & termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the App without notice.
