Findora（以下「本アプリ」）におけるユーザー情報の取り扱いについて定めます。本アプリは「ローカルファースト」設計で、初期状態（デモ／オフライン）では一切の個人情報を収集しません。
1. 取得する情報
端末内のみに保存（送信しません）
- お気に入り、閲覧履歴、検索履歴、通知設定（端末のローカルストレージに保存）
ライブ機能利用時にサーバーへ送信され得る情報
- 商品認識のためにあなたが選択した写真（認識処理のために一時的に送信。商品特定の目的にのみ使用）
- 検索キーワード・商品に関する質問文（AI 応答・価格比較のため）
- プッシュ通知用の端末トークンと匿名識別子（ログイン不要。値下げ通知の配信のみに使用）
- 不具合解析のための診断情報（クラッシュ情報。個人を特定する情報は含めません）
本アプリはアカウント登録を必要とせず、氏名・住所・電話番号などの連絡先情報を取得しません。
2. 利用目的
- 商品の認識・検索・価格比較・AI 提案などの機能提供
- 値下げ／在庫などの通知配信
- 不具合の検知と品質改善
3. 第三者サービス
機能提供のため、以下のサービスを利用する場合があります。各社のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
- Apple（App内課金）
- Supabase（バックエンド基盤）
- Anthropic（AI 認識・要約・提案）
- Google Firebase（プッシュ通知）
- Sentry（クラッシュ解析・任意）
- 各 EC サイトの API（価格・在庫の取得）。価格リンクにはアフィリエイトを含む場合があります。
4. 第三者提供・販売
法令に基づく場合を除き、ユーザー情報を第三者に販売・提供することはありません。
5. データの保管と削除
端末内データはアプリの削除で消去されます。通知用トークン等のサーバー側データは、アプリ削除・通知無効化により失効・削除されます。
6. 子どもの保護
本アプリは 13 歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。
7. 変更
本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更はアプリまたは本ページでお知らせします。

This policy describes how Findora (the “App”) handles your information. The App is local-first: in its default (demo / offline) state it collects no personal data.
1. Information we handle
Stored only on your device (never transmitted)
- Favorites, browse history, search history, and notification settings (kept in on-device storage).
Sent to our servers only when you use live features
- Photos you choose for product recognition (sent transiently for recognition only).
- Search terms and product questions (for AI answers and price comparison).
- A device push token and an anonymous identifier (no login; used solely to deliver price-drop alerts).
- Diagnostic data for debugging (crash reports; no personally identifying information).
The App requires no account and does not collect contact information such as your name, address, or phone number.
2. How we use it
- To provide recognition, search, price comparison, and AI suggestions.
- To deliver price-drop / restock notifications.
- To detect issues and improve quality.
3. Third-party services
We may use the following services; their privacy policies apply.
- Apple (in-app purchases)
- Supabase (backend)
- Anthropic (AI recognition, summaries, suggestions)
- Google Firebase (push notifications)
- Sentry (crash diagnostics, optional)
- Marketplace APIs (price & stock). Price links may include affiliate references.
4. No sale of data
We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as required by law.
5. Retention & deletion
On-device data is removed when you delete the App. Server-side data such as push tokens is invalidated/removed when you delete the App or disable notifications.
6. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in the App or on this page.
