FXLens Privacy Policy

Goldman Enterprize ("we") describes below how the iPhone app "FXLens" (the "App") handles information about its users. This is an English translation of the Japanese privacy policy; if they differ, the Japanese version prevails.

1. Information we collect

The App does not collect personal information. There is no account, and the App does not obtain names, email addresses, phone numbers, location, contacts, photos, or advertising identifiers (IDFA).

2. Network access for exchange rates

To show exchange rates, the App connects to the API provided by Frankfurter (https://frankfurter.dev ) at api.frankfurter.dev and retrieves the reference rates published by the European Central Bank (ECB).

• The App sends only the currencies and dates it needs. It does not send information that identifies you.
• As with any internet connection, connection information such as your device's IP address reaches Frankfurter and Cloudflare, which delivers its service. Frankfurter states that it does not log personal data, IP addresses, or request URLs (https://frankfurter.dev ).
• The home-screen widget retrieves rates in the same way.

3. In-app purchase (Premium Unlimited)

Purchases and restores of Premium Unlimited are processed by Apple's App Store. We do not receive your name, payment method, Apple ID, or similar information. Whether you own the purchase is checked on your device using App Store purchase information.

4. Information stored on your device

The following stays on your device only and is not sent to us or to third parties. It is deleted when you delete the App.

• Favorite currencies, saved conversion pairs, and the currencies, dates, and periods you selected
• The most recently retrieved rates (shown when you are offline; shared with the widget)

5. CSV and PDF export

Exported files are created in a temporary location on your device and are passed only to the destination you choose (Files, AirDrop, Mail, etc.). The previous file is deleted the next time you export.

6. Ads, analytics, and tracking

The App shows no ads. It does not use external services (SDKs) for advertising, analytics, or crash reporting. The App does not track you.

7. Sharing with third parties

Because we do not collect your information, we do not share it with third parties.

8. Children

Regardless of age, the App does not collect personal information, as described above.

9. About the rates shown

The App shows ECB reference rates. They differ from the rates actually used by banks and currency exchanges (which include fees and spreads).

10. Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the change and its date on this page.
