よくある質問

データはどこに保存されますか？

お使いの端末の中だけです。アカウント登録はありません。入力した金額も相手のお名前も、どこへも送信されません。 アプリが独自に通信する処理はなく、通信するのは購入を確かめるときの Apple の仕組みだけです。

機種変更するときはどうすればよいですか？

設定 →「バックアップ」から書き出したファイルを、新しい端末の同じ画面から読み込んでください。 書き出しと読み込みは、購入の有無にかかわらずいつでもご利用いただけます。

アプリを消すと記録も消えますか？

消えます。端末の中だけに保存しているためです。消す前に必ず書き出してください。

Provided と Extra は何が違いますか？

Provided は貸した元のお金、Extra はその上に乗せる分です。 D BANK はこの 2 つを勝手に足しません。ホームの「＋」を押したときだけ合計を表示します。

Lending を隠したいのですが。

相手の一覧でカードを長押しすると、その Lending を一覧と合計から外せます。記録は消えません。 「非表示 ◯」から、もう一度長押しすれば戻せます。

無料で使えますか？

Lending 3 件までは無料です。買い切りのご購入で件数の上限が外れ、配色を選べるようになります。 すでに登録した記録は、購入の有無にかかわらず読む・直す・返済を記録する・書き出すがすべてできます。

購入したのに反映されません。

設定 →「購入を復元」をお試しください。App Store にサインインしているアカウントが、 購入時と同じかどうかもご確認ください。

通知が届きません。

設定 →「返済日を通知」が入になっているか、iOS の「設定」アプリ →「D BANK」→「通知」が 許可になっているかをご確認ください。返済期限を決めていない Lending には通知が出ません。

これは金融サービスですか？

いいえ。D BANK は記録のための道具です。送金・貸付の仲介・与信・取り立て・ 法律や投資の助言は一切行いません。

FAQ

Where is my data stored?

Only on your device. There are no accounts, and the amounts and names you type are never sent anywhere. The app itself never connects to a server — only Apple’s purchase check does.

How do I move to a new phone?

Export a backup file from Settings → Backup, then import it on the new device from the same screen. Export and import are always available, with or without the purchase.

If I delete the app, do I lose my records?

Yes, because everything lives on the device. Export a backup before deleting it.

What is the difference between Provided and Extra?

Provided is the money you lent; Extra is what you charge on top of it. D BANK never silently adds them together — tap “+” on the home screen when you want the combined figure.

Can I hide a lending?

Press and hold its card on the person’s screen. It leaves the list and the totals, but nothing is deleted — open “Hidden” and press and hold again to bring it back.

Is it free?

Up to 3 lendings are free. A one-time purchase removes the limit and unlocks colour themes. Whatever you already recorded stays readable, editable and exportable either way.

I bought it but nothing unlocked.

Try Settings → Restore Purchases, and check that you are signed in to the App Store with the same Apple Account you used to buy it.

I am not getting notifications.

Check that “Notify me about due dates” is on in Settings, and that notifications are allowed in iOS Settings → D BANK → Notifications. Lendings with no due date do not produce reminders.

Is this a financial service?

No. D BANK is a record-keeping tool. It does not move money, arrange loans, run credit checks, collect debts, or give legal or investment advice.
