本アプリはあなたの情報を一切収集しません。入力した金額・お名前・メモは端末の中だけに保存され、開発者を含む誰にも送信されません。アプリが独自に通信する処理はありません（買い切りの購入を確かめるときだけ、Apple の仕組みが通信します）。

1. 収集する情報

ありません。 本アプリにはアカウント登録がなく、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・位置情報・連絡先・写真の入力や取得を求めることはありません。広告・行動トラッキング・解析（アナリティクス）・クラッシュレポートの仕組みも組み込んでいません。

2. 入力した内容の保存場所

本アプリは、端末がロックされている間はデータを読み出せないように、 iOS のファイル保護の仕組みを利用しています。

返済期限のお知らせは、端末内で完結するローカル通知です。プッシュ通知サーバーは使用しません。通知の文面はあなたの端末の中だけで作られます。アプリロック（Face ID / Touch ID）を入にしている場合は、通知の文面にお名前と金額を含めません。

4. 購入について

買い切りのご購入は Apple（App Store）が処理します。 本アプリがクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を受け取ることはありません。 購入したかどうかの判定は、Apple から端末に渡される情報だけで行います。

5. 第三者への提供

提供する情報がそもそもありません。データの販売・共有・第三者への提供は一切行いません。外部の SDK（広告・解析・クラッシュ解析など）は 1 つも組み込んでいません。

6. お子さまの利用について

本アプリは特定の年齢層を対象としておらず、年齢に関する情報を含め、いかなる個人情報も収集しません。

7. データの削除

設定 →「すべてのデータを削除」で、端末内の記録をすべて消去できます。アプリ自体を削除した場合も、端末内のデータは一緒に削除されます（書き出したバックアップファイルは、あなたが保存した場所に残ります）。

8. 免責

本アプリは記録のための道具です。送金・貸付の仲介・与信・取り立て・法律や投資の助言は行いません。金銭の貸し借りは、お住まいの国や地域の法令の対象となる場合があります。法令の遵守はご自身の責任でお願いいたします。

内容を変更する場合は、このページを更新し、上部の最終更新日を改めます。

D BANK collects nothing. The amounts, names and notes you type stay on your device and are never sent to anyone, including the developer. The app itself never connects to a server — only Apple’s own purchase check does.

1. Information we collect

None. There are no accounts. The app never asks for or accesses your name, email, phone number, location, contacts, or photos. There is no advertising, no tracking, no analytics, and no crash-reporting SDK.

The app uses iOS file protection so that the ledger cannot be read while the device is locked.

Due-date reminders are local notifications created and delivered entirely on your device. No push server is involved. When app lock (Face ID / Touch ID) is enabled, names and amounts are left out of the notification text.

4. Purchases

The one-time purchase is handled by Apple. D BANK never receives your card or payment details. Whether you have purchased is determined solely from the information Apple provides to the device.

5. Sharing with third parties

There is nothing to share. We do not sell, share, or disclose any data, and the app embeds no third-party SDKs of any kind.

6. Children

The app is not directed at any particular age group and collects no personal information, including age.

7. Deleting your data

Settings → “Delete all data” erases everything stored on the device. Deleting the app also deletes its data (backup files you exported remain wherever you saved them).

8. Disclaimer

D BANK is a record-keeping tool. It does not move money, arrange loans, run credit checks, collect debts, or provide legal or investment advice. Lending money may be regulated where you live; complying with the law is your responsibility.

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, this page and the “last updated” date above will be updated.
