本規約は、Waypoint（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただくことで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
開発者は、App Store の規約に従い、本アプリを個人的・非商業的に利用する取り消し可能・非独占的なライセンスをお客様に許諾します。
有料プラン（スタンダード／プレミアム）は自動更新サブスクリプションです。期間終了の24時間前までに解約しない限り自動更新されます。お支払いはApple IDに請求され、購入・更新・解約はAppleのApp内課金を通じて処理されます。管理は「設定 > Apple ID > サブスクリプション」から行えます。
撮影した写真・動画はお客様に帰属し、端末内に保存されます。開発者はこれらを取得しません。お客様は、適用される法令および第三者の権利を侵害しない範囲で本アプリを利用するものとします。
本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供されます。天気・フライト・地名・楽曲情報等は第三者サービスに由来し、正確性・可用性を保証しません。開発者は、本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、法令で認められる範囲で責任を負いません。
本規約は必要に応じて改定されることがあります。

These Terms govern your use of Waypoint (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Subject to the App Store terms, the developer grants you a revocable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Paid plans (Standard / Premium) are auto-renewing subscriptions. They renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID, and purchases, renewals, and cancellations are handled through Apple’s In-App Purchase. Manage in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Photos and videos you capture belong to you and are stored on your device. The developer does not receive them. You agree to use the App in compliance with applicable laws and without infringing third-party rights.
The App is provided “as is.” Weather, flight, place-name, and music information come from third-party services and are not guaranteed to be accurate or available. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for damages arising from use of the App.
These Terms may be updated from time to time.
