Waypoint（以下「本アプリ」）は、お客様のプライバシーを尊重します。本アプリはアカウント登録不要で、撮影した写真・動画や設定は基本的にお客様の端末内に保存され、開発者のサーバーには送信・保管されません。
1. 収集・利用する情報
- カメラ・写真／動画：撮影・編集・合成はすべて端末内で行われます。保存先はお客様の写真ライブラリおよび本アプリ内の「旅行アルバム」（端末内）です。開発者がこれらの画像・動画を取得することはありません。
- 位置情報：写真への地名・地図の付与、現在地の天気取得のために使用します。逆ジオコーディング（座標→地名）はAppleの仕組みを利用します。緯度・経度は天気・フライト情報の取得のため下記の第三者サービスへ送信されます。位置情報は端末内のタグ付けにのみ使われ、開発者が収集・保管することはありません。
- マイク：動画撮影時の音声録音にのみ使用します。
- 音楽：曲の検索キーワードはApple（iTunes Search API）へ送信されます。お客様が任意でApple Music／Spotifyを連携した場合、各サービスの認証・再生のために各社へ通信が発生します（各社のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます）。
- 診断・解析・広告：本アプリは行動追跡（トラッキング）を行わず、第三者の広告・解析SDKを使用しません。
2. データの保存場所
写真・動画・各種設定は端末内に保存されます。一部の表示設定は、お客様が有効化した場合にAppleのiCloud（KVS）を通じてお客様自身のデバイス間で同期されます。これはお客様のiCloudアカウント内で完結し、開発者はアクセスできません。

有料プランの購入・更新・解約はAppleのApp内課金を通じて処理されます。お支払い情報を開発者が取得することはありません。サブスクは「設定 > Apple ID > サブスクリプション」で管理できます。

本アプリは特に子ども向けに設計されたものではなく、お子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

Privacy Policy

Waypoint (the “App”) respects your privacy. The App requires no account, and the photos, videos, and settings you create are stored on your device. They are not transmitted to or stored on the developer’s servers.
1. Information We Use
- Camera & Photos/Videos: All capture, editing, and compositing happen on your device. Output is saved to your photo library and to the in-app “Travel Album” (on-device). The developer never receives these images or videos.
- Location: Used to tag photos with place names and maps and to fetch local weather. Reverse geocoding (coordinates → place name) uses Apple’s services. Latitude/longitude are sent to the third-party services below to retrieve weather and flight data. Location is used only for on-device tagging and is not collected or stored by the developer.
- Microphone: Used only to record audio while capturing video.
- Music: Search keywords are sent to Apple (iTunes Search API). If you choose to connect Apple Music or Spotify, requests are made to those providers for authentication and playback (their privacy policies apply).
- Diagnostics / Analytics / Ads: The App does not track you and does not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
2. Where Data Is Stored
Photos, videos, and settings are stored on your device. Some display settings may sync across your own devices via Apple iCloud (KVS) if you enable it. This stays within your iCloud account; the developer cannot access it.

Purchases, renewals, and cancellations are handled through Apple’s In-App Purchase. The developer does not receive your payment details. Manage subscriptions in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
5. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page.
