PRISORA（以下「本アプリ」）は、あなたのプライバシーを最大限に尊重して設計されています。本アプリは、あなたの写真や編集内容を含む一切の個人データを収集・送信しません。

1. 収集する情報

本アプリは、個人を識別できる情報を一切収集しません。アカウント登録は不要で、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・位置情報などをサーバーに送信することはありません。

2. 写真とデータの取り扱い

• あなたが選択した写真の読み込み、編集、書き出しはすべてお使いの端末内で完結します。写真や編集結果が外部サーバーに送信されることはありません。
• 作成したレシピ（編集設定）、お気に入り、言語設定などは、端末内のみに保存されます。
• 本アプリは第三者の解析・広告・トラッキングのSDKを一切使用しません。あなたの行動を追跡しません。

3. 位置情報

フライト機能などで、あなたが選んだ写真に含まれる撮影地（EXIF/写真の位置情報）を、旅行情報の自動入力のために端末内で読み取ることがあります。地名への変換にはApple提供の逆ジオコーディング機能を利用します。読み取った位置情報が当社や第三者のサーバーに送信・保存されることはありません。

なお、書き出した画像は元写真のメタデータ（撮影地を含む場合があります）を引き継ぐことがあります。これは一般的な写真アプリと同じ挙動であり、あなたが共有シートで能動的に共有した場合にのみ端末外に出ます。

4. 課金・サブスクリプション

本アプリの購入・サブスクリプションはすべてApple（App Store / StoreKit）が処理します。当社があなたの決済情報（カード番号等）を受け取ることはありません。購入の管理・解約はお使いのApple IDの設定から行えます。

5. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは一般利用者向けであり、13歳未満の子どもから意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません（そもそも個人情報を収集しません）。

6. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは必要に応じて更新されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページ上で最終更新日を改めてお知らせします。

Privacy Policy

PRISORA (the “App”) is designed with the utmost respect for your privacy. The App does not collect or transmit any personal data, including your photos or edits.

1. Information We Collect

The App collects no personally identifiable information. No account is required, and we never send your name, email, phone number, or location to any server.

2. Photos and Data

• Loading, editing, and exporting the photos you choose happen entirely on your device. Your photos and edited results are never sent to any external server.
• Recipes (edit settings), favorites, and language preferences you create are stored only on your device.
• The App uses no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. We do not track your activity.

3. Location

For features such as Flight, the App may read the capture location (EXIF/photo location) contained in a photo you select, on your device, to help auto-fill travel information. Conversion to place names uses Apple’s reverse-geocoding service. The location we read is never transmitted to or stored on our servers or any third party.

Note that exported images may retain the original photo’s metadata (which can include the capture location). This is the same behavior as standard photo apps, and such data leaves your device only when you actively share it via the share sheet.

4. Purchases and Subscriptions

All purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store / StoreKit). We never receive your payment information (such as card numbers). You can manage or cancel purchases from your Apple ID settings.

5. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (we do not collect personal information at all).

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as needed. If we make material changes, we will indicate the updated date on this page.
