BJ Counter の開発者（以下「運営者」）は、iPhone アプリ「BJ Counter」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いを次のとおり定めます。
本アプリは、利用者の個人情報その他のデータを収集しません。
運営者や第三者のサーバーへ情報を送信することもありません。
本アプリは、次の情報を利用者の端末の中だけに保存します。
これらの情報を本アプリが端末の外へ送信することはなく、運営者が見ることもできません。本アプリを削除すると、端末上のこれらの情報も削除されます。
ただし、利用者ご自身が iCloud バックアップやパソコンへのバックアップを有効にしている場合は、iOS の仕組みによりバックアップに含まれることがあります。
本アプリは、利用者を追跡（トラッキング）しません。
広告、アクセス解析、クラッシュ報告などの外部サービスも組み込んでいません。
なお、利用者が iPhone の設定で「App デベロッパと共有」を有効にしている場合に限り、Apple がクラッシュ等の診断情報を匿名で運営者に提供することがあります。これは Apple の仕組みによるもので、本アプリ自体が収集するものではありません。
本アプリは、運営者のサーバーや外部サービスとの通信を行いません。
ただし、App 内課金（Pro の購入・購入の復元）を利用するときは、iOS の仕組み（App Store）を通じて Apple と通信します。購入の手続きは Apple が行い、運営者は利用者の氏名・Apple アカウント・支払い情報を受け取りません。
本アプリは情報を収集しないため、第三者に提供する情報はありません。
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、このページで告知します。

The developer of BJ Counter ("we") explains how the iPhone app "BJ Counter" (the "App") handles your information.
The App does not collect any personal information or other data.
It does not send information to our servers or to any third party.
The App stores the following only on your device:
The App never sends this information off your device, and we cannot access it. Deleting the App deletes this information from your device.
If you have turned on iCloud Backup or computer backups, iOS may include it in those backups.
The App does not track you.
It does not include any third-party advertising, analytics or crash-reporting services.
If you have enabled "Share with App Developers" in iPhone Settings, Apple may share anonymous crash and diagnostic information with us. This is provided by Apple, not collected by the App itself.
The App does not connect to any server operated by us or to any third-party service.
When you use the in-app purchase (buying or restoring Pro), iOS communicates with Apple through the App Store. Apple handles the purchase; we do not receive your name, Apple Account or payment information.
Because the App collects no information, nothing is shared with third parties.
If we change this policy, we will post the update on this page.
